The staff were courteous. The location couldn't be more great and particularly good for eateries. The wake-up service and ironing were free of charge.

In my case they offered Disability Access room with clean towels as well as a decent bathroom and that was great. Location: the hotel was just next door to a truck stop/convenience store and the nearby restaurants and a mall and lots of restaurants.

Liked our brand-new and huge rooms in this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a good fit.

The hotel met our needs with a spacious room including a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, climate control, and a microwave, and the staff was helpful from check-in to check-out.

Cleanest of room could have been better. Bed mattress stained discovered that one when we were leaving

Door didn't latch well & lock didn't work. Bathroom had hair in the tub & heater didn't work well (even after putting it on 75). Breakfast was STALE.

The room smelled like wet dog, I should have taken my own pillows the ones in the room where flat. When I went for breakfast the first day the lady at the desk got annoyed that I was 5 min early, stating "it doesn't start for 5min, you're early." With an attitude. If I was going to be there for more than just sleeping I would have switched hotels.

I booked an extremely spacious room that was offered with a decent bathroom and clean towels, for example. The staff were courteous. Great location in a safe area. I truly enjoyed the city and hotel; I would come back for sure.

Poor service, next to nothing breakfast, room in poor condition. Asked for additional towels, had to ask twice. Made to feel like I was going to steal these cheap towels.
